“I’m Heidi, the chalet host of Ounasvaara Lakituvat chalets. It’s Safartica’s own accommodation on top of Ounasvaara fell, only a couple kilometers from the center of Rovaniemi. I’m responsible for our chalets and that our guests enjoy their holidays there.

For me, pure joy means getting to know our guests, hearing their stories, and talking with them in general. I’m also here to help them if they have some questions. Travelling to Lapland is one of those things many people have on their bucket lists and I’m grateful that I can be part of that by assuring their accommodation experience is the best they can get.”
